Q: How do I choose the correct product size?

Q: Is it possible to cancel or modify an order after it has been placed?
A: Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we strive for prompt order processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can enter this number on our website or the courier’s official site to track your order.
Q: Why was my payment declined?
A: Your payment may be declined due to reasons such as incorrect credit card information, insufficient balance, or bank restrictions. Please verify your card details or contact your card issuer.
Q: How to issue an invoice?
A: You can choose whether you need an invoice when placing an order, and fill in the relevant invoicing information. An invoice will be sent to your registered email address after the order is completed.
Q:What carrier do you use for my package and how long for shipping?

Q:Can I pay extra money to ship the orders overnight?
A:All the international delivery company can not make overnight shipping happen so far. So please order a few days earlier before your big event comes.
Q:What kind of payment do you accept?

Security measures are taken to protect your information in case accessing by unauthorized persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We are not in the position to access to any information of your credit card.
Q:What happens if one of my items is on pre-order?
A:If one of your items is on pre-order, we’ll hold off on sending the rest of your items until the pre-ordered item comes into stock so that you receive everything together. Rest assured, once all items are available in our warehouse, we will send your parcel out to you via the shipping method you selected at the checkout. We’ll let you know if an item is on pre-order both on the product page and on your order confirmation email.My item has arrived marked, faulty or incorrect Please contact our customer services team via our live chat channel so that they can help. Send them your name, order number and an image of the marked/faulty/incorrect item and they’ll resolve this for you ASAP.
